Bigelow and Fleming Safety

Bigelow and Fleming Construction Management CompanyBigelow & Fleming has developed an extensive internal safety instruction program headed up by an in-house Safety/Inspection Officer with a lifetime of construction experience. Our “Protect-All Safety Program” requires that all field supervisory and management personnel become OSHA certified and become proficient in a minimum of two specific areas of worksite safety. Each individual is required to conduct their own in-house seminar on their particular area of interest for their associates once every six months. Bigelow & Fleming are strong advocates of ongoing education for all of our staff on all aspects of the industry we work in.

Our “Protect-All Safety Program” incorporates multiple aspects of modern day security as it relates to safety in the post 911 world. Our safety record is second to none, and our courteous, uniformed and conscientious workforce goes out of their’way to cooperate and work with the various security officers at the different industries we work in.

We carefully screen our sub-contractors safety records, and all of our sub-contractors must have their own internal safety program, as well as go through the B&F program.  They are required to follow any of the Client’s safety requirements and procedures that Bigelow & Fleming employees regularly monitor.

Bigelow and Fleming testimonials

Thought that I should let you know that the job done here at the Needham Technical Center was a job well done. It is nice to have a contract outfit here that I did not have to remind them to put on their glasses, use hearing protection, pick up their mess or to sweep up or clean up.. Thank you for the great service.
